What is Toby?

Toby is a webmail client. Similar to Microsoft's Outlook Express or the Mozilla Foundation's Thunderbird, it retrieves messages from the mail server and presents them to the user.

How is Toby different from other clients?

Toby is different in the respect that, after retrieiving the messages from the mail server, it stores them in a MySQL database, rather than leave them on the server.

How does Toby work?

Well, I'm glad you asked. Let's take it one step at a time. Follow the links at the bottom of each page to read about the different features of Toby, or consult the Table of Contents for easy skipping around.
